Legal & Data Handling

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information JWVPN handles when providing cross-border access and network acceleration services, why it is handled, and how users can manage or delete it. Using the service means the user has read this policy; all data handling remains necessary, proportionate, and related to the service purpose.

Collection Scope and Use

Creating a JWVPN account does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password, so the registration process does not ask users to submit an email. The account system handles usernames, authentication credentials, and account status for login verification, subscription delivery, traffic allowance calculations, and support. Users should avoid entering unrelated personal information in their usernames.

After a subscription or traffic package transaction, JWVPN retains order records needed for fulfillment, including the order amount, payment channel, processing status, creation time, and necessary transaction reference information. These records are used to confirm payment, activate service, process refunds, review unusual orders, and meet applicable financial record requirements.

When users visit marketing pages and the user panel, servers and analytics tools may process request times, visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, network address, and error information. This information is used for compatibility analysis, security protection, troubleshooting, and content improvements. It is not used to determine which websites users accessed through international routes.

No Logs and Connection Data

JWVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record websites visited through the service, search queries, communication content, or specific network activity, nor does it create historical records that could reconstruct browsing behavior. Account traffic usage and subscription status required to operate the service are used only to calculate allowances, determine plan validity, and prevent abuse; they do not include access content.

The service does not retain connection logs that can be linked to a specific account over the long term. To establish live connections, schedule loads, and handle faults, the system may process necessary technical signals during operation. Once their operational purpose ends, these signals are not saved as a user browsing profile. Diagnostic information submitted by a user through a support ticket is retained with the ticket record only to handle that support request.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, session identifiers, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security states. This data maintains login sessions, restores user choices, and keeps panel functions running continuously. After Cookies or local storage are cleared, users may need to log in again and set their preferences again.

Browser management features can be used to view, restrict, or delete this data. If necessary storage is disabled, account verification, order operations, or the client download entry may not work properly. JWVPN limits this storage to what is needed to provide page functions and maintain service security.

Third-Party Payment Processing

JWVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service. Information submitted in the payment interface is subject to that provider's privacy rules and security measures. JWVPN generally receives the payment result, order status, amount, and transaction reference information needed to activate a subscription, resolve order disputes, or issue refunds.

Before leaving a JWVPN page and entering a third-party payment environment, users should review the terms displayed by that provider. Each third party independently determines how it collects and retains data in its payment system, and JWVPN cannot make those data-handling decisions on its behalf.

Retention, Deletion, and Access

Account details are retained while an account is active to continue providing subscription, order lookup, and support functions. Order and refund records are kept for the period needed to fulfill transactions, handle disputes, and comply with applicable record-keeping obligations. Usage analytics and technical error information are retained only for analysis, security, and maintenance purposes; after those purposes are complete, they are deleted, overwritten, or converted into aggregated information that cannot be linked to a specific account.

Users can log in to the panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account details through the support ticket entry. To prevent another person from operating the account, account ownership may need to be verified before processing. Once a deletion request is completed, the relevant information is removed from online business systems; copies in backups are cleared through the normal overwrite process. Records that must be retained for transaction disputes, refund processing, or applicable rules will be deleted after the corresponding obligation ends.

Policy Updates and User Choices

JWVPN may revise this policy when its features, data-handling practices, or applicable rules change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be adjusted. If a change materially affects how users control their data, the website or user panel will provide an easy-to-find explanation.

Users can manage local data through browser settings, view orders through the account panel, and submit data requests there. Before continuing to use an updated service, users are encouraged to review the relevant terms again. If they disagree with the new handling practices, they can stop using the service and request deletion of account information that can be deleted.
