Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by JWVPN. By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with them, stop using the relevant services.

Service Scope and Applicability

JWVPN provides cross-border network acceleration across 100+ countries / 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border connections, connect to international routes, and enhance the network experience when accessing international websites. Actual connection results may be affected by the user's location network, device settings, route maintenance, and the rules of the destination service.

Route names, coverage areas, client access points, and available features may change based on maintenance needs. Users should obtain clients, subscription details, and service notices through the official user panel. Information shown in the panel should not be understood as a fixed promise that any particular route will remain continuously available.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and other activity under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

Subscriptions support an unlimited number of devices, but may be used only by the subscriber and their authorized devices. Accounts, subscription links, and access credentials may not be resold, rented out, publicly posted, or shared with unrelated third parties. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, connection issues, or account risks caused by publicly distributing subscription information.

Billing, Traffic, and Refunds

Traffic included with a monthly subscription resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before confirming a plan, users should check the traffic allowance, billing period, payment details, and current account status. After payment, order and subscription status can be viewed in the user panel.

A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. The scope, application process, and handling rules for refunds are set out in the separate Refund Policy; this document does not repeat them.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, as well as the usage rules of the websites, applications, and network services they access. Users may not use JWVPN for unlawful activity, infringe the legitimate rights of others, interfere with network facilities, distribute malicious programs, access systems without authorization, or disrupt other users' normal connections.

Users are responsible for determining whether specific access activity is lawful and complies with the destination service's terms. After receiving a valid legal request, risk report, or technical anomaly report, JWVPN may conduct necessary checks and take measures such as restricting relevant connections, suspending a subscription, or asking the user to provide an explanation.

Service Availability and Liability

JWVPN maintains, adjusts, and troubleshoots routes according to their status. However, cross-border connections involve multiple factors, including the user's local network, network operators, device systems, and destination services. JWVPN therefore cannot guarantee continuous access to any particular route, region, or external service. Planned maintenance or significant changes will be explained through the website or user panel whenever possible.

Where permitted by applicable law, JWVPN is responsible for connection interruptions, restricted access, or data loss caused by user device configuration, changes to third-party services, public network failures, force majeure, or events beyond JWVPN's reasonable control. Users should keep important configurations and business materials backed up and confirm connection status before performing critical operations.

Suspension, Termination, and Changes

If an account is used to resell or publicly share a subscription, for unlawful activity, maliciously affecting service operations, abnormal payment activity, serious violations of these terms, or refusal to cooperate with necessary risk checks, JWVPN may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service as appropriate. When taking action, JWVPN will address unfinished matters within the account based on the nature of the conduct, its impact, and applicable law.

JWVPN may revise these terms in response to changes in service features, operating rules, or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page and the “Last updated” information will be revised accordingly. Important changes affecting user rights will be explained through the website or user panel. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means that the user accepts the updated terms.
